Placement support is part of every programme — not an add-on, and not a guarantee. Here is exactly what it involves.
What you get
- Résumé clinic. One-to-one rewrite of your CV around the projects you actually built, in the language recruiters screen for.
- Mock interviews. Technical rounds run by engineers who interview candidates in their day jobs, with written feedback after each one.
- Portfolio review. Your capstone packaged so a hiring manager can understand it in ninety seconds.
- Referrals. Introductions into our hiring network when your mentor judges you ready.
- Support that does not expire. Placement help continues after your batch ends, for as long as you are actively looking.

Being straight about outcomes
Placement depends on your background, how much work you put in, and the hiring market in that quarter. Semiconductor hiring in particular moves in cycles. Any institute quoting you a single placement percentage without those caveats is quoting you marketing.
What we will do on a counselling call is look at your academics, your branch and your current skill level, and give you a realistic view of which roles are reachable and how long it is likely to take.
Placement stories
What our learners say
“I came in knowing textbook Verilog and nothing about a real flow. The physical design labs changed that. My interview was mostly questions about my capstone — and I could answer all of them.”
“Writing drivers on an actual board, with a logic analyser on the bench, is nothing like simulation. That is the part that got me hired.”
“The mentors made me rebuild my pipeline three times. Annoying then, obvious now — I debug production incidents using exactly that instinct.”
