Get job-ready in chip design and modern software engineering
TechSkiller trains engineering graduates on the tools companies actually hire for — from RTL and physical design to Kubernetes pipelines and production web stacks. Small batches, live projects, mentors from the industry.
Not sure where you stand? Take the free evaluation on our learning platform first — it tells you your level and which track fits, before you spend anything.
Why learners pick us
- Mentors with 8+ years in semiconductor and product companies
- Tool-based labs, not slide decks
- One capstone project per track, reviewed line by line
- Mock interviews and résumé clinics until you are placed
Four tracks
Pick the discipline you want to be hired for
Semiconductor and software careers need different muscles. Each track is built around the day-one responsibilities of that role.
VLSI
Chip design & verification
RTL design, functional verification with SystemVerilog and UVM, and physical design through place-and-route sign-off.
Embedded
Embedded systems
Embedded C and the protocols every product depends on, then one of two courses: RTOS firmware on microcontrollers, or embedded Linux on application processors.
DevOps
DevOps & cloud
Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines you build, break and repair on real cloud accounts.
Full Stack
Full stack development
JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Node, REST and SQL — shipped as deployed applications, not localhost demos.
Current programmes
-
VLSI Physical Design
Take a synthesised netlist through floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing and timing closure to a sign-off-clean layout.
-
VLSI Design Verification (UVM)
Build UVM testbenches from first principles, write coverage that finds real bugs, and close verification methodically.
-
RTL Design with Verilog & SystemVerilog
Turn specifications into clean synthesisable RTL that meets timing, handles clock domain crossing and survives review.
-
DevOps & Cloud Engineering
Own the path from commit to production: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD and observability.

How it works
From first lab to first offer
Step 01
Fundamentals, done properly
Digital electronics, C, Linux or JavaScript depending on your track. No one moves on until the basics hold up under questioning.
Step 02
Tool-based labs
Industry EDA flows, development boards, cloud accounts and pipelines. You spend most of your hours inside the tools, not watching them.
Step 03
A capstone that survives review
One substantial project per track, reviewed the way a senior engineer reviews work — line by line, with revisions expected.
Step 04
Interview preparation
Résumé clinics, mock interviews with practising engineers, and referrals into our hiring network. Support continues until you are placed.
Placement stories
What our learners say
“I came in knowing textbook Verilog and nothing about a real flow. The physical design labs changed that. My interview was mostly questions about my capstone — and I could answer all of them.”
“Writing drivers on an actual board, with a logic analyser on the bench, is nothing like simulation. That is the part that got me hired.”
“The mentors made me rebuild my pipeline three times. Annoying then, obvious now — I debug production incidents using exactly that instinct.”

Questions
Before you enrol
Do I need a semiconductor background for the VLSI track?
You need a degree in ECE, EEE or a closely related branch and a working grasp of digital electronics. We revise the fundamentals in the first weeks, but we do not teach them from zero.
Are classes online or in person?
Both. Classroom batches run at our Hyderabad centre; online batches run live at the same times with remote access to the lab environment. Recordings are available to enrolled learners.
Is a job guaranteed?
No, and be careful of anyone who promises one. What we commit to is interview preparation, referrals into our hiring network, and placement support that continues after the course ends.
Can I attend a class before paying?
Yes. Every track offers a free demo class so you can judge the teaching before committing. Book one from the contact page.
What are the fees and are instalments possible?
Fees vary by track and duration. Instalment plans are available for most programmes. Ask on your counselling call and we will give you the exact figure in writing.
